About
Fox Pro Accounting is a finance application for individuals, organizations and businesses: one workspace that carries the books from ledger entries through to payroll, inventory, fixed assets and financial statements.
How we work
Everything described on this website is a behaviour of the application. Where a capability is limited, the limitation sits on the same page as the capability rather than waiting to be discovered later.
You will not find a customer logo wall, a star rating, an award or a compliance badge on this site. Those are worth publishing only when they are real, and we would rather show you the product than borrow credibility we have not earned.
The application runs against its own database in the deployment you license. A licence binds to that installation, and your financial data is not pooled with anyone else’s.
Because the deployment is yours, so is the data in it — which is the arrangement we want, since it means the relationship continues because it is working rather than because leaving is difficult.
Licensing starts with a conversation about your books and ends with a written scope. No commercial price or service level is published on this website while the commercial model is being finalised. The two published programmes, free access for verified students and special subscription discounts for verified nonprofits, are granted only after verification and approval.
Onboarding is a real project with a sequence: accounts and opening balances, bank data, users and permissions, then your first live period.
Working with us
Questions about your books, your reporting needs or your migration are answered by the people who work on the application.
Licensing, deployment, activation and data onboarding happen in a defined order, so go-live is predictable.
Commercial terms, scope and the arrangements for your data are confirmed in writing before you commit to anything.
Support questions go to the same place and are answered against the version of the application you are running.
Talk to us
A short conversation is usually enough to say whether the application fits, and which modules you would actually use.
