Fox Pro Accounting is accounting software, not a course. The programme is not accredited or endorsed by ACCA or by any chartered accountancy institute, and it does not count towards any qualification.
Who can apply.
The programme is for people actively working towards a professional accounting qualification. You do not need to have finished it.

Evidence we accept
One document that shows you are currently a student, for example your student identification, a registration confirmation from your institute, or a current enrolment confirmation. We do not ask for degree or completion certificates.
Your practice path.

Apply by email.
Applications are verified by a person, not a form. It usually takes one email.
Prepare one document
A photo or PDF that shows you are a current ACCA or CA student.

Send it to queries@foxproaccounting.com with the subject “Student programme application” and the details listed here.
We verify and reply
You hear back by email: approved, declined, or a request for more information.
Your access starts
Approved access is activated and runs for three months from that date.
Offer terms.
- Free access lasts three months, starting on the date your approved access is activated.
- Access is granted only after your student status has been verified and the application approved.
- One free period per student. A repeat or duplicate application does not extend it.
- Approval is at Fox Pro Accounting’s discretion, and we may ask for more information before deciding.
- When the period ends, free access ends. To keep using the application, ask sales about a licence.
- The programme may be changed or withdrawn for new applicants; approved access runs for its stated period.
Student programme questions.
Do I need to have finished my qualification?
No. The programme is for current students. You need evidence that you are studying now, not a completion certificate.
When does the free period start?
On the date your approved access is activated, not the date you apply.
Can I apply again to get more time?
No. There is one free period per student, and a second application does not extend it.
Is this endorsed by ACCA or my institute?
No. This is Fox Pro Accounting’s own programme. It is not accredited or endorsed by ACCA or any chartered accountancy institute.
