What accounting covers.
Journal vouchers
Multi-line entries with narration and attachments kept on the voucher.
Double-entry vouchers
Both sides of the entry recorded together, so the books always balance.
Payment vouchers
Money paid out from a bank or cash account, allocated to what it settles.
Receipt vouchers
Money received, recorded against the customer or income account.
Recurring entries
Routine entries generated on a schedule instead of re-keyed every month.
Approval queues
Entries that need a second approval wait in a queue before they post.
Voucher reversals
Corrections recorded as reversing entries rather than silent edits.
Audit trail
Every posting attributable to a user and a period, with changes logged.
Printable vouchers
Print a voucher for signature or the paper file.
Chart of accounts and account selection
A structured account tree, with account selection built into every voucher line.
Financial years and periods
Opening balances, controlled periods and cost centres.

Is this real double-entry accounting?
Yes. Accounts, vouchers and voucher lines are stored as accounting records against financial years and periods, and the statements are produced from those records rather than from summary fields on documents.
Can I keep the chart of accounts I already use?
A professional chart of accounts ships with the application, and accounts can be imported from an Excel workbook, so you can start from your own structure.
How are mistakes corrected?
A posted voucher can be reversed, so the correction is recorded as an entry of its own and the history stays intact.
Who can see or change the ledger?
Permissions are granted per user and per module, approval rules can require a second approval before an entry is accepted, and the audit log records what was posted and by whom.
