Get started

From first email to live books.

There is no checkout button and no self-service wizard, because accounting starts with books that already exist. Here is the sequence, and what we need from you at each step.

  • A written scope before you commit
  • Your deployment, activated by licence key
  • Data onboarding in a defined order

The sequence

Five steps, in this order.

Each step has an output, and nothing moves on until the previous output is agreed — that is what keeps go-live predictable.

  1. 1. Tell us what you need

Modules, users and companies, plus how your books are kept today. One short email is enough to start.

  2. 2. Agree the licence and the terms

We confirm the licence scope and the commercial terms in writing, including how your data is handled.

  3. 3. Deploy

The application is deployed against a database you control, on hosting you choose with us or with your own provider.

  4. 4. Activate

A licence key activates that installation. Licence state, activation and expiry are visible inside the application.

  5. 5. Onboard the data

Chart of accounts, opening balances, bank data, users and permissions — then your first live period.

Which licence fits your work?

Preparation

What to have ready before we start.

None of this blocks the first conversation. Having it ready is what shortens the distance between agreeing the licence and running your first live period.

What to have ready before we start.
ItemWhy it mattersWhere it comes from
Chart of accountsEvery report inherits its shape from your account structureYour current system, or your accountant’s structure
Opening balancesBalances are entered against the period you go live inA trial balance from your previous system
Bank dataStatements drive reconciliation once they are importedStatement exports for the periods you are bringing forward
Stock and asset listsInventory and the asset register start from real recordsYour stock listing and fixed asset register
User list and access rulesDecides the licence scope and the permission matrixWho does what in your finance process today

Excel workbooks (.xlsx and .xls, up to 10 MB per file) can be imported for accounts and opening balances, which is usually the fastest route out of a spreadsheet.

Expectations

What we will not promise you.

No invented dates or service levels

We do not publish a fixed implementation duration or a service-level guarantee, because both depend on the state of your data and the scope we agree. What you get instead is a written sequence with named steps, so progress is visible rather than assumed.

No commercial price is published on this website while the commercial model is finalised; commercial terms are confirmed in writing for your case. The student and nonprofit programmes have their own published terms.

No data held hostage

The application runs against a database in your deployment, so your financial data is not pooled with anyone else’s and does not leave your deployment because of a licence event.

Practical arrangements — import, export, retention and decommissioning — are agreed in writing before you commit, not after.

Questions

Getting started questions.

Can we try it before committing?

Ask us. Whether a trial period is available for a commercial licence is confirmed with you directly. Verified ACCA and CA students can apply separately for three months of free access.

How long does onboarding take?

It depends on how much history and stock you are bringing across and how quickly the chart of accounts is settled. The sequence above is the fixed part; the calendar is agreed with you.

Do we need our accountant involved?

It helps, for the chart of accounts and opening balances in particular, since those decisions shape every report afterwards. We will work with whoever keeps your books.

What if we only need part of the system?

Then you licence that part. Nothing in how the product is licensed forces you to run payroll or inventory work you do not do.

Start here

Send one email and we will take it from there.

Tell us roughly how your books are kept and who needs access. The reply will be a real scope, not a demo request.
